Ordering
and Pricing Information:
A few pieces are for sale as shown on-line. Most pieces are
custom-made, after discussions with the client about styles,
lengths, colors, and materials.
We begin with identifying a piece from one of the Collections
that the client is interested in. We discuss personalizing
that piece to the client's interests. We determine what materials
will be used, the lengths, type of clasp, and so forth.
We set a price and require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.
The piece is created, sent to the client, and, if acceptable
to the client, the balance of the price is due. If not, the
client returns the piece to us.
Prices reflect the materials used -- glass, Austrian crystal,
gemstones, base metal or precious metal, and the like, as
well as professional time, shipping costs, and the typical
overhead expenses.

Custom Work
While some pieces are for sale as shown, most of the work
we do is custom-made. We work with the client in adapting
some of our existing show-pieces to the client's preferences.We
discuss personalizing that piece to the client's interests.
We determine what materials will be used, the lengths, type
of clasp, and so forth.
For all custom work, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required.
The client is also required to provide a valid credit card
number, which we maintain on file, until the sales process
is completed.
Custom pieces, depending on the work and involvement, may
take between 1 to 3 weeks, before ready for shipping.
On Approval
Occasionally, for pieces already made up, we can send these
out for an On Approval basis. The client is responsible for
the shipping costs both ways, as well as insuring the pieces
while in transit and in their possession. The client is asked
to provide a valid credit card number for any On Approval
sales, which we maintain on file, until the sales process
is completed.
We do not offer On Approval for any custom work done. For
custom work, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card -- Visa, MasterCard or American
Express.
We accept personal checks. However, these must clear our
bank, before any jewelry is shipped or custom work begun.
Anticipate a delay of 10-14 days.
We accept money orders and cashiers checks made out to Warren
Feld Jewelry.
We accept cash.
For each transaction, we require that the client providea
valid credit card number, which we maintain on file, until
the sales process is completed.
Sales Taxes
We charge sales taxes to Tennessee residents, when orders
are sent to a Tennessee address. Tennessee sales taxes are
approximately 9.25%.
Shipping
and Handling
We typically ship UPS within the continental United States,
US mail to places like Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, and
UPS or FedEx overseas.
We add a small handling fee, as well.
Repairs
and Alterations
The test of any hand-made piece of jewelry comes with wearing
it. We understand that.
For bead-woven pieces, or any piece done on FireLine or beading
thread, we will repair any broken piece of jewelry, where
the cause of the damage resulted from the construction of
the piece, one time at no additional charges.
For other damaged pieces, again, where the cause of the damage
resulted from the construction of the piece, we will repair
the piece one time at no additional charges.
We will alter the length of any piece one time at no additional
charges.
For all other repairs or alterations, we charge at the rate
of $25.00/hour plus materials cost and shipping.
Returns/Refunds
If the client desires to return any piece, s/he should contact
us to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.
The client has 30 days to return the piece(s).
For On Approval, a 25% service charge is assessed, if not
returned with 30 days.
For Custom Orders, there is a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
If the client does not want the piece, they may return it
within 30 days. If not received within 30 days, the client
will be charged with the outstanding balance.
If there is any damage to the pieces, as a result of client
negligence, the client will be assessed damaged costs.
